spoiled and spoilt are both acceptable forms of the past tense and past participle of the verb "to spoil", as in "They spoiled/spoilt that child" and "They have spoiled/spoilt that house with their renovations". When the past participle is used adjectivally, spoilt is the usual form, as in "a spoilt child".
