yoghurt is the most usual spelling of the word for "a type of semi-liquid consisting of milk fermented by added bacteria", as in "have yoghurt and fruit for breakfast", but yogurt and yoghourt are also acceptable spellings. It is usually pronounced yog-ert, but yoh-gert is also a possible pronunciation and is the standard one in American English.
